'Twas the night before Christmas...

​T'was the night before Christmas and inside we must stay,
due to weather outside - it's been cloudy all day.
It's so cold and windy, and it's raining so hard.
Out my new efficient vinyl windows, I saw my brown muddy yard.
"If only..." I thought as I walked out to my lawn,
"If only my grass would stay green all year long."
I would love to enjoy the outdoors on a day like today,
"If only..." I thought "...I could just find a way."
I hurried inside to let my freezing hands thaw,
and in the corner of my eye, a business card I saw.
JNR Home Improvements (they did my windows so new),
does turf, patios, covers, and sunrooms too!
I called right away and my troubles are gone,
My patio is now covered, and everyday a green lawn.
They also do desertscape much to my surprise,
and now seeing my yard is a treat to my eyes.
