Why I love my artificial turf

At JNR Home Improvements, we specialize in creating beautiful, low maintenance outdoor living spaces. One of our most popular design elements is artificial turf. My family and I have enjoyed our own EasyTurf synthetic lawn for years at home and here's a few reasons why.


-Synthetic Lawns are ridiculously easy to maintain
  Our family is busy. My wife and I both work and we have two kids in elementary school. Between work, sports practice (football, volleyball, cheer and basketball), sporting events, Church, homework, holidays, birthday parties, more sports, family events, etc., the very last thing I want to do with my limited free time is more work! It takes almost no time at all to keep my lawn looking great. I may spend a total of 30 minutes all year maintaining my turf, seriously.

-Artificial turf always looks great
   This is most important for the rare day off that we enjoy having company over for a BBQ on short notice. I know my yard is ready for company, always. I may have to put away the aforementioned sports equipment and that's it. 

-Turf is fantastic for play
  There is not a better surface on the planet for practicing grounders, playing frisbee or doing cartwheels. Having a lawn without sprinklers to trip on or gopher holes to step into makes just about all playing better. Our synthetic lawn also does not stain clothes or leave us red and itchy. 
   We built a 3 hole putting green on one end of the yard with the EasyTurf EZ Putt and we absolutely love it. Our green has a few elevation changes that make it more challenging. When we have company, the putting green is a huge hit.

-EasyTurf synthetic lawns are perfect for pets
   We have a dog, Guinness, and he loves our turf as much as we do. In fact, we installed EasyTurf Pedigree on Guinness' side yard and it is his favorite place to nap or do his business. EasyTurf lawns have a patented backing that allow for "his business" to drain right through. Our company makes the right adjustments based on the function of the turf so, we modified the base material to ensure ultimate drainage capability on the side yard. Solids are also very easy to pick up, by the way. There's good reason that Cesar Millan chose EasyTurf for his Dog Psychology Center. 

-There's no dust or mud
   Our backyard used to be a mixture of barely living grass, some weeds and dirt. Not anymore.
   With synthetic grass, dust and mud are things of the past. Our kids or dog can run on the lawn while it's raining without ruining the lawn or getting covered in mud. It is the ultimate surface for a Slip N Slide, too. 
   Dust, gone. Muddy paw prints, nope. Fun, yes.
