Jeromie Roberts founded JNR Home Improvements in 2012, with the simple goal of enhancing the customer experience. After 20 years in the business, Roberts knew that he could make a difference in the industry. There was a disconnect in many construction firms between getting a job done and ensuring that the customer is 100% happy with the finished product.

After years working as a carpenter and design consultant in the construction industry, Roberts wanted to create a legacy that his children could be proud of. It was only natural to him that the company he built would be so focused on customer satisfaction. When you are committed to the customer experience and going above and beyond, it gives a sense of focus and dedication that nothing else can. This commitment is evident in every part of JNR Home Improvements, and has been key to winning awards for our work.

If it’s something that we wouldn’t use for our own homes, then why would we try to sell it to our customers?” says Roberts. As the exclusive dealer of EasyTurf, Four Seasons Building Products, and Duralum in Santa Clarita, JNR Home Improvements is able to deliver beautiful, lasting products to our clientele. “Our firm has developed systems to ensure our projects maintain consistent quality and a professional customer experience,” Roberts explains. By partnering directly with manufacturers, we are able to bring exclusive deals to our customers, and make promises rather than estimates. Cutting out the middleman to give our customers an easy, streamlined experience was the most natural option to us as a business.
