The customer experience is fundamental to a business’ success.  This is the idea that drove Jeromie Roberts to found JNR Home Improvements, a construction firm focused on expertise, quality, and customer satisfaction.

 “I knew if we started a business built on integrity and rooted in biblical principles, it would be successful and have a positive impact on anyone involved” Roberts expressed. “We want to enhance the lives of both client and employee.”

 JNR Home Improvements is the AV’s leading authority in low-maintenance, energy-efficient outdoor living spaces and home improvements. The company offers services to install artificial turf, xeriscape, aluminum patio covers, concrete, and vinyl replacement windows. In 2018 they introduce custom engineered solar patio covers.

JNR Home Improvements stands out from the competition because of its organized, systems-based approach to ensure consistency while offering the highest quality products to clients. The company is the only exclusive, authorized EasyTurf dealer and installer in the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita, and is also the exclusive dealer for Four Seasons Building Products, Duralum, and several window manufacturers.

“It is because of our experience and procedural systems that we are able to offer promises to customers instead of estimates,” states Roberts. “We have partnered with the leading manufacturers in our industry, allowing us to offer exclusive products as an authorized dealer to our clients. Working directly with manufacturers cuts out the middleman and assures our clients that they are getting the best quality available. We do things differently. We offer our clients a better experience by assuring them that every step is taken to complete their project professionally and with precision.”

Roberts has more than 20 years’ experience under his belt. After completing his first year of the Los Angeles Apprenticeship program while still attending Quartz Hill High School, he spent 10 years after graduation in the finish carpentry business. The following decade was in the design, sales, and installation of EasyTurf synthetic lawns, aluminum patio covers, and swimming pool construction for companies outside Antelope Valley. Ultimately, in 2012, he decided to take all his experience, skill, and passion to create JNR Home Improvements.

“Our field employees have extensive, ongoing training in their specific departments.” Roberts adds, “The office management and administration team features talent with extensive experience in office management and HR.”
